First Call  

After a short phone call, where we will discuss your project, expectations, budget, and timeline an indication on the scope and costs of services can be provided.

Site Visit

We visit the site together to get the full context of the surroundings, take any necessary measurements and continue to discuss any design inspiration or requirements. 

Design Proposal

A few short weeks after our initial site visit, we schedule time to discuss the Design Proposal for your space. At this stage you receive an overall vision for the space, including sketch proposals, reference images, and a directional planting plan.   

Final Design

After taking in your feedback on the Design Proposal, a final package is delivered which includes: 

  • Dimensions Plan

  • Materials Plan

  • Lighting Plan

  • Planting Plan 

  • Any relevant detail drawings 

Implementation

 If it is desired, Studio Jacobs can assist in sourcing, pricing, and working alongside garden construction companies throughout the build process.
